At the heart of the Sound2Picture resource are six movies. Each of these has been carefully selected to represent particular aspects of the sound design process.

Each movie is available without any accompanying sounds or music. This is how they were presented to Andrew Diey, lead sound designer at Alchemy Audio Lab, at the beginning of the project. We imagine that this is how you will initially present the movies to your pupils.

Each movie is also available with the final sound design as composed by Andrew Diey. Andrews music is just one response to the movie and you can hear him talk about what he has done in the accompanying interview footage. We imagine that you will want to play these final pieces to your pupils at the end of a scheme of work.
